Welcome to Cloud Petals Co.! By purchasing and downloading products from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Product Nature

All items sold are digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. Once a purchase is made and the file is downloaded, it is considered delivered.

2. Usage License

Each purchase comes with a personal and limited commercial license, which allows:

a) Personal use

b) Use in small batches of handmade, tangible items to be sold at fairs, markets, or online shops (up to 100 units)

The final product must be a physical item.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

a) Share, resell, or redistribute the digital files in any way

b) Sell the design printed on its own (e.g., labels, stickers, decals)

c) Use the designs in Print-On-Demand (POD) services (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Amazon Merch, Printful)

d) Distribute the designs (digital or printed) as part of any course, kit, or lesson

e) Use the designs to solicit business (e.g., attract students or promote commercial services)

4. Demonstration Use

You may show the finished product using our designs during live demos or livestreams, tutorials as long as:

- The files are not distributed

- The demonstration does not teach how to recreate the design

5. Intellectual Property

All designs are original works by Cloud Petals Co. and are protected under copyright and registered with DMCA. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if you experience any issues with your files, please contact us, we’re happy to help!

7. License Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and license terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the files after a change constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
